Kiahna W. Davis is the Director of Finance for Mentor Indiana where she oversees the finance, accounting and strategic business areas of this $100M human services company. Kiahna is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington where she received her Bachelors of Science in Finance with a focus in Corporate Finance. She later received her Masters of Business Administration in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University. Kiahna’s career progression has brought her from staff accountant to senior financial management in her decade in a half with companies such as Motorola, Anthem, Textron and Experian. Her leadership in corporate finance has led to documented savings, synergies and operational improvements in each role she has held.
She has served on numerous non-profit boards and organizations including Peace Learning Center as treasurer, Edna Martin Community Center Education Advisory Board, Executive Committee of the Indianapolis Urban League Young Professionals, Steering committee for the Indianapolis Community Leadership Initiative, Women’s Missionary Society of the African Methodist Episcopal Church and Hamilton County Precinct Chairman. She continues to serve as a consultant to numerous non-profit organizations in the area of organizational development and structure and financial procedures.
