Senior Human Resources Manager for the Department of the Army and responsible for the program management of the US Army Sergeants Major Course (USASMC) for over 500 Sergeants Majors. Coordinated with the Army G1, G3, TRADOC and key AHRC agencies to develop policies and procedures. Managed Active and Reserve Army professional training and development courses and the associated course finances using Training Resource Arbitration Panels (TRAP) to acquire student seats. Maintained and executed a program budget of over $20M.
