Coordinated with the Army G1, G3, TRADOC and key AHRC agencies to develop policies and procedures. Managed Active and Reserve Army professional training and development courses and the associated course finances using Training Resource Arbitration Panels (TRAP) to acquire student seats. Maintained and executed a program budget of over $20M.
