Latisha Hamilton-Williams is Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at Amedisys, Inc., a leading home health and hospice care company. She is currently responsible for enterprise-wide compensation, benefits, employee wellness and HR operations/support services. Prior to joining Amedisys, Inc., Latisha was Vice President, Total Rewards and People Services for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. She has also held roles at General Electric Mortgage Insurance (now Genworth Financial) and Ernst & Young LLP. Most recently, she was recently recognized as “Who’s Who in Black Raleigh & Durham.” Latisha is actively involved in her community and believes “to whom much is given, much is required.” She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle and on North Carolina A&T State University’s Board of Visitors. She has also previously served on the Chuck Davis African American Dance Ensemble’s Board of Directors. Her passion is mentoring and providing educational opportunities to underprivileged youth. Each year, she funds and awards three need-based college scholarships to graduating high school seniors who plan to further their education.
