Latisha Hamilton-Williams is Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at Amedisys, Inc., a leading home health and hospice care company. She is currently responsible for enterprise-wide compensation, benefits, employee wellness and HR operations/support services. Prior to joining Amedisys, Inc., Latisha was Vice President, Total Rewards and People Services for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. She has also held roles at General Electric Mortgage Insurance (now Genworth Financial) and Ernst & Young LLP. Most recently, she was recently recognized as “Who’s Who in Black Raleigh & Durham.” Latisha is actively involved in her community and believes “to whom much is given, much is required.” She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle and on North Carolina A&T State University’s Board of Visitors. She has also previously served on the Chuck Davis African American Dance Ensemble’s Board of Directors. Her passion is mentoring and providing educational opportunities to underprivileged youth. Each year, she funds and awards three need-based college scholarships to graduating high school seniors who plan to further their education.

Dr. Latrice Eggleston Williams is a two-time graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), earning her BA in English in 1995 and a PhD in Educational Policy Studies in 2004. She received her MS in Educational Administration and Policy Studies at State University of New York at Albany in 1997. She has over 20 years of higher education administrative experience at primarily public institutions including the UIUC, She has worked as a faculty member at Iowa State University (tenure tracked), Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU adjunct faculty) and provided consultant services at the University of Illinois at Chicago and NEIU. She is currently the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Research at Chicago State University. Her research interests include matriculation, attrition and persistence of transfer students at junior and senior institutions of higher education. More specifically, she has studied transfer students in STEM at the two-year and four-year college levels. She has expanded her research to include studying the phenomenon of the Black male college experience in her recent research “Black Male College Success Project” – a collaborative project with the African American Male Resource Center at Chicago State University. Dr. Eggleston Williams is passionate about looking at access and academic achievement holistically for underrepresented populations and minorities in higher education. She has been recognized for her community engagement and programming as the recipient of the Imani Legacy of Cultural Excellence Award from Malcolm X City College of Chicago and the Bolozi Wazee Council (2012).

Soror Tammy M. Williams was named Commissioner of the Public Relations Commission of West Orange, NJ in April, 2015 by Mayor Robert Parisi. The Public Relations Commission is charged with keeping current residents and luring new residents through effectively communicating the various assets the township offers. Commission responsibilities include developing programs designed to publicize the advantages of West Orange.
